Ayurveda'da teşhis nedir?
Ayurveda teşhisi, kişilerin fiziksel, zihinsel ve ruhsal sağlığının tam olarak anlaşılmasıdır, Sadece hastalığı veya dosha'yı anlamaktan daha fazlasıdır, bunun yaratılışın kök nedenine gitmektir
Ayurveda'da iki tip tanı vardır:
Teşhis (vikriti pariksha), dosha'nın nereye taşındığını, hangi yolu kullandığını ve mala (atık) veya ama (sindirilmemiş gıda) ile karıştırılıp karıştırılmadığını anlama meselesidir. Ayurveda, hastayı teşhis etmek için üç yöntem kullanır.
Teşhis üç adımdan oluşur:
- Sorgulama (Prashnana)
- Gözlem (Darshana)
- (Sparshana) düğmesine dokunun

- Genel görünümün incelenmesi (akriti pariksha)
- Sesin incelenmesi (sabda pariksha)
- Göz muayenesi (Drig veya netra pariksha)
- Cilt muayenesi (sparsha pariksha)
- İdrar muayenesi (mutra pariksha)
- Dışkı muayenesi (Purısa veya mala pariksha)
- Nabzın incelenmesi (Nadi pariksha)
- Dilin incelenmesi (jivha pariksha)
